Breast augmentation enhances the size, shape, and symmetry of your breasts using implants or fat transfer. During your consultation, Dr. Viñas will listen to your goals and help determine whether implants, fat grafting, or a combination is best for your body and desired outcome.

Liposuction permanently removes stubborn fat deposits that don’t respond to diet and exercise. Common treatment areas include the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, back, and neck. Dr. Viñas often combines it with Renuvion skin tightening for smoother, firmer results.

Injectables include neurotoxins (like Daxxify) to relax wrinkles and hyaluronic acid fillers to restore volume and enhance features. Dr. Viñas uses advanced techniques such as her trademarked Brunch Lips™ method to minimize bruising and swelling so you can return to your normal routine quickly.

We are the first Cosmetic Surgery and integrated Med Spa in South Florida to offer laser treatments with the Vydence Etherea MX device! This allows us to perform skin tightening therapies, as well as melasma removal, removal of spider veins and capillaries, removal of freckles, tattoo removal, and laser hair removal. We also provide laser therapy to improve acne scars, and eliminate areas of hyperpigmentation, a common problem in South Florida. With our C02 laser, we can help you with a number of issues including scar improvement, and more. We also offer Erbium laser resurfacing, radiofrequency microneedling with the Candela Matrix Pro, and combination therapies for fine wrinkles, pigmentation, acne scars, and aging hands. These treatments improve skin tone, texture, and tightness with minimal downtime.

Depending on the severity and location, we offer the V-Lift facelift, neck lift, skin-tightening procedures, or advanced laser therapies. During your consultation, Dr. Viñas will recommend the most effective option to give you natural, long-lasting results.

Yes. We use a combination of laser resurfacing, radiofrequency microneedling, and targeted therapies to significantly reduce the appearance of acne scars, brown spots, and uneven pigmentation, revealing smoother, clearer skin.

Absolutely. Dr. Marisa Viñas is a board-certified surgeon with advanced training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Every procedure is performed with the highest safety standards in our accredited facility, and we tailor every plan to your health and goals. 

Recovery time varies by procedure. Many patients return to light activities within a few days to a week, with full social recovery typically between 1–3 weeks. Dr. Viñas and her team provide detailed aftercare instructions so you know exactly what to expect.
