Regenerative V LiftTM Facelift

The V Lift™ Facelift is a trademarked advanced facial rejuvenation procedure that restores youthful contours through a vertical vector lift. This technique combines precise surgical repositioning of facial tissues with the option for supportive biologic therapies delivered at every stage of the patient’s journey, when clinically appropriate and in accordance with applicable regulations.

THIS NOTICE MUST BE PROVIDED TO YOU UNDER FLORIDA LAW. This physician performs one or more stem cell therapies that have not yet been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. You are encouraged to consult with your primary care provider before undergoing any stem cell therapy.

Experience the natural-looking outcomes possible with the V Lift facelift, which may be combined with regenerative biologic therapies considered for perioperative wound care support.

exosomes 1

What is Exosome Therapy?

Exosomes are naturally occurring tiny extracellular vesicles released by cells that carry signaling molecules (proteins, lipids, and genetic material) involved in cell-to-cell communication. Exosomes derived from sources such as Wharton’s Jelly or adipose tissue are being explored in aesthetic and regenerative settings. These supportive therapies are offered only as part of an individualized treatment plan, at the physician’s discretion, and in accordance with applicable regulations and patient informed consent.

Stem Cells 1

What is Stem Cell Therapy?

Stem cells are undifferentiated cells capable of self-renewal and differentiation into various cell types. Allogeneic stem cells are donated by healthy volunteer donors—such as from umbilical cord tissue (Wharton’s Jelly) collected after birth or from adult donors—and are carefully screened, processed, and banked for use in other patients under strict regulatory guidelines. Stem cell products may be considered intraoperatively to support tissue integration and healing when used in accordance with Florida law and physician judgment. Wharton’s Jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cell products are being explored in regenerative research.

hyperbaric Oxygen

What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)?

A perioperative HBOT protocol delivers high-concentration oxygen in a pressurized chamber to enhance tissue oxygenation, which may accelerate wound healing and reduce recovery time.

Important Regulatory Information

Exosome products and allogeneic stem cell materials are regulated by the FDA as biological products. There are currently no FDA-approved exosome products or allogeneic stem cell products for injection or aesthetic use. These supportive therapies are offered as part of an individualized treatment plan, and may be used in accordance with applicable regulations, physician discretion, and patient informed consent. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Please consult with our surgeon for a full discussion of options, risks, and regulatory considerations.

Regenerative Healing Surgical Package

Dr. Marisa Viñas understands the importance of incorporating regenerative techniques in order to provide optimal postoperative healing. Therefore, all surgical therapies with Dr. Viñas have the opportunity to be enhanced with regenerative medicine in the form of peri-operative exosomes and intra-operative stem cell therapy when determined appropriate by the physician. Dr. Viñas is also partnered with local hyperbaric oxygen therapy centers with an established protocol for her patients. Further information can be provided upon surgical consultation.
